These values are taught, practised and celebrated across all aspects of school life.

We call these values our three keys: “K3YS”.

Respect is the the quality of having proper regard for the feelings, wishes or rights of others. Respect looks like:

  • Actively participating in your learning

  • Encouraging everyone to learn

  • Modelling cooperation and positive behaviour

  • Treating yourself and others with dignity and acceptance
  • Communicating with courtesy
  • Valuing personal space
  • Caring for property belonging to yourself, others and the school

Responsibility is the quality of being accountable for yourself and the ability to act independently for yourself. Responsibility looks like:

  • Considering others and their learning
  • Being prepared to learn
  • Being punctual
  • Modelling appropriate behaviour
  • Being safe for yourself and others
  • Being accountable for your actions
  • Taking pride in yourself, your uniform and your school

Personal Best
