We Won

Galston High School students have been awarded the Best Book in the Middle School Division of the Write A Book In A Day 2020 competition! This is a national competition, placing our school first in Australia!!

This year, over 1000 teams participated across Australia to craft stories in a 12-hour timeframe and raise money for The Kid's Cancer Project. To be selected as the best entry not only in our state category, but across the entire country, is a testament to the writing and illustrating talents of our students.

Congratulations to our amazing team of writers and illustrators for their story Painted Paws: Momo Bonney, Yen Huang, Eloise Wollner, Emily Victory, Koda Noyce, Angie Horan, Lillyan Stewart and Catherine Engall.
